Stop spending hours in the sun. Get the tanned/bronzed look in a tube. Go to a cosmetic or drug store and look for some sunless tan. These products will give you a nice beautiful color without putting yourself at risk of any skin conditions.

If you are a beach person, remember to PROTECT yourself from the sunlight. Use sunscreen or any other products that has SPF. Health is priceless. Think about everything before you do it.

Strawberry Mask

-For Oily or Acne-prone skins
-it make skin smooth
-kill dead cells that causes breakout
-heal blemishes

Ingredients:

-Frozen strawberries
-1-2 tbs of cornstarch
Instructions:

-smash 1-2 frozen strawberry
-add 1-2 tbs of cornstarch
-mix and apply to face
-leave for 15-20 minutes
-rinse with warm water
-pad dry





Vinegar Mask for Blackhead
-remove blackheads
-for dry skin


Ingredients:

-1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
-1 tbsp of cornstarch

Instructions:

-Mix all together
-apple to treating area
-leave for 15-20 minutes and rinse with warm water
-rinse with cold water to close pores
-pad dry

Aspirin face Mask

-help reduce breakout
-leave your skin very smooth like baby skins

Ingredients:
-Aspirin tablet(uncoated ones)
-luke warm water(like 2-3 drops needed)
-honey(optional)

Instructions:

-dissolve two tablet with 2-3 drops of luke warm water
-after dissolve add honey(optional)
-apply to face and gently exfoliate a little
-leave on face for 10-15 minutes and wash off
-pad dry



Cucumber Mask

You might think that cucumbers are only for eating and for your eyes. Well...true but it can use as a facial mask too. -it helps lighten my acne scar -refresh my skin -feels smooth Ingredient: -cucumber -fresh squeezed lemon juice -sugar -a blender
Instruction: -put cucumber into blender with sugar and blend until it's kinda like a puree.
-pour it in a small container-add lemon juice and mix with spoon

-apply mask with a sponge so that the sponge absorbs the extra liquid that might drip down in your face

-leave for 10-15 minutes and rinse

-pad dry
Egg White face mask
-egg white mask helps smooth your skin and deep cleans it


Ingredient:
-egg

Instructions:

-separate egg white with the york
-beat the egg white until it has small bubbles
-apply to face and leave for 10-15 minutes
-rinse and pad dry

SMOOTH SKIN


Yogurt mask
-smoothes skin
-refresh
-might help blemishes
-cleans pores
-it's a natural antibacterial

Ingredients:

-plain natural yogurt(not low-fat or non-fat)
-honey
-cereal

Instruction:
-pour away the liquids of the yogurt
-pour the remaining to a small container
-add honey and cereal
-mix
-apply to face for 10-15 minutes
-rinse and pad dry

I've heard of many people talking about how vitamin E can help with acne scars. I did some research and actually tried applying the vitamin E onto my face.

What Vitamin E does is it helps the skin cell to renew faster. In this case, it helps the skin to repair/renew the area ,where your acne scar is, faster.

Some say that they apply Vitamin E oil and some say they uses vitamin E gel capsules.
What they do with the capsules is that they poke a hole into the capsule and squeeze the gel out.

What I want to tell you guys is that the gel capsule might actually break you out since it's gel. I think it's because the add gelatin to it?(not sure) So it's better to use Vitamin E in oil form.

It won't give you an instant result but give it time and you'll see your scar has lighten up.

Something to keep your body and skin looking good and healthy. A daily beauty drink. It is not hard to do.

"So what's this beauty drink you're talking about?" Well, juice!
What's better and richer on vitamins than fruits and veggies?!
I don't buy juices from store(except for Mott's apple juice). Many brands claim that is 100% juice, but they adds sugars anyway. A lots of sugar. Too much sugar is unhealthy. So why not making your own juice at home.

All I have is a blender and a squeezer. One of my favorite drink is the orange+carrot.

Here's what I do:
1.Squeeze some oranges.
2.Pour the orange juice and add baby carrots into the blender
3.Blend until carrot turn liquid
4.Add ice and blend a little so the ice get crushed

That's it. And I drink this everyday. It taste good and gives me more energy. My skin looks more hydrated also.

It's not hard to do. You can also try with some other fruit combination like kiwi/strawberry. I don't like the taste of carrot but when blended together with the orange, it actually taste very good. Go try it. You got nothing to lose.

Here's a home recipe for a lip scrub.

You will need:
1.Sugar (organic preferred)
2.Olive oil(helps moisturize lips)

Steps:
1.Mix both ingredients with same amount.
2.Exfoliate/scrub lips with it for about 30 seconds or less
3.Rinse with warm water
4.Pad dry
5.Apply a lip balm or petroleum jelly(optional)

For some it might be easy and to some it might more work.

Here's how:
1.Moisturize- You must find a good moisturizer. One that is suitable for your skin(either your skin is oily or dry)

2.Exfoliate-You must get rid of the dead skins so that skin skin can grow

3.Drink more water- forget about soda, water is what keep your skin hydrated and clear.

4-Sleep more-the lack of sleep

5-Exercise- it makes you sweat,which can cleans your pores.

6-You know what they say, "An apple a day, keeps the doctors away" -Dermatologist counts also

Banana is not only good to eat, it can also use as a facial mask to achieve better skin.

I'm going to show you two ways of making your own banana facial mask.

Way #1
You will need:
-Banana(the inside)
-honey

Steps:
-Smash or using a blender, smash/blend the inside of banana until a creamy or liquid consistency.
-Put it on a bowl and add some honey(the amount depends on how much you want)
-mix them well
-Apply to face for about 10-15 minutes
-Rinse off with lukewarm water
-Pad dry
-Moisturize(optional)


Way#2
You will need:
-Banana peels(you can use the inside to make the mask like 'Way #1' or just eat it)
-Olive oil

Steps:
-Pour some olive oil onto a bowl or plate
-Deep the peels onto the olive oil
-Let them soak for a while (Put them on the fridge if you want to have a cool feeling)
-Apply the peels to face(forehead, chin,cheeks,)
*It may look silly or it'll be hard to apply since it a peel so you can smash them into tiny pieces with your blender but not necessarily. But the result will be better with the whole peel.
-Leave peel on for about 15-20 minutes
-Rinse off with lukewarm water
-Pad dry
Your face should be moisturized

Oatmeal face mask recipe

What you will need:
1-plain oatmeal - no salt nor sugar added just original oatmeal
2-milk
3-olive oil(optional but you might get better result)
4-a cooking bowl/pan


Process:
Depend on the amount you want to make
Estimate, it does not have to be exact.
50-60% Milk
40-50%Oatmeal
0-10% olive oil

for example: if you're cooking 1 cup of milk, then you should add half or 3/4 of oatmeal and 1/4 or less of olive oil.

1-Bring the milk to a boil on the saucer pan/bowl
2-Add the oatmeal
3-stir constantly
4-after you get a creamy texture, turn off the heat and pour it onto a bowl
5-Let it cool a little before adding the olive oil
6-Put on fridge for at least a few hours so it cools
7-Ready to use

How to use it:
Apply to face(and neck if want). It does not have to be thick.
Wait 10-15 minutes
Massage face like you were exfoliating it
Rinse off with lukewarm water
You should feel that your face is moisturized and smoother.

Use 2-3 times a week

50-70%distilled water
30-50%essential oils
0-10%Distilled water

There you go! Your own unique fragrance. People will be dying to know how you smell so good and couldn't find a fragrance similar to yours.


You can also uses this to make your own lotions,soap,cream,scrub,etc...
