0 Another Year! New Year New Start!

Hey guys! How are you guys doing? It's almost Christmas and then we will be telling each other our new year resolutions again. So....how was the resolutions you made at the beginning of 2013? Did it went well? Did you forgot about it right before January ended? LOL


I'm not here to hunt you with your resolutions. I'm just very excited to start another year with you guys. I can't believe this year went by so fast. It seems like just yesterday I was thinking about goals to be accomplished for the year os 2013. Let me tell you this...NO ACCOMPLISHMENTS!!

I feel very bad. Maybe not all failed. I did manage to get some things started and still working towards it. Just not yet "accomplished". I mean I will reflect on that and try to do better this coming year but I won't beat myself up.

I know sometimes you decide to go do this one thing and you tend to forget that there are already stuffs going on around you that also needs your attention. I mean make no excuses because you didn't follow through your plan. Admit you failed! Just plan better next time. Be happy that there is a next time.

All of us have failed on something at some point of our life. ONE CHANCE! Sometimes this one chance is all we need. I lost something very important for me. Something I wanted to accomplish in my life. I took that thing for granted and lost it. I didn't know how important it was until I couldn't have it anymore. I know cliche but totally true. I knew that if I just had that "one more chance" I can turn everything around and appreciate what I have more. I tried that best I could to get it back, but I just couldn't get that ONE CHANCE!

I have wasted a lot of time this year. Not just this year but the past few. I know that a new year it's just like any other day but for me and many of you it can be that "one chance" we all needed. I won't promise anyone but I will promise myself. Don't just think about it, GO DO IT!!!

Let's all work hard this coming year. Start planning now and when fireworks start lighting up the sky, take it as a new start. Don't beat yourself up, admit you have failed, but don't admit defeat. You can start all over again!!

0 2NE1's Park Bom and Her Obvious Plastic Face!

So the new mv from 2ne1 was different than the ones they had before. No fierceness, just soothing piano sound and NAKED CL!!

Maybe showing her belly wasn't enough, she wants to show use EVERYTHING!! Just kidding, it is implied that she is naked on the new 2NE1 mv but nothing explicit is shown.

I'm not going to lie, she have a stunning body. And is for ART, whenever you feel like being naked, say that it's for art and no one will judge you...or would you?

But it wasn't CL's nakedness that caught my attention. Before the mv's release, they threw out some teaser photos and HOLY! Park Bom, it is still very obvious that you had something done to your face, but in this photo you looked a lot better than when you were on "Falling in Love" mv.

She keeps looking more and more like a doll. lol YES! She is beautiful! She really looked a lot better in this photo. More human!   "Gosh! Jessi, you making her sound non-human". Look, she have a great vocal, she can have an awesome singing career and I look forward to it, but if she keeps getting work done on her face, I'm just afraid that she might ruin her face and afraid to continue singing because of the criticism from stupid peoples like me! HAH!

She looks fine right now. And let's just all tell her that. Tell her that she looks beautiful. Tell her that she looked great before also. I don't get people. When she first started her career, people called her fat and ugly, and when she "made" herself look better for the public's eye, they criticize her for having plastic surgeries. WTF?!

I know I'm talking about her having plastic surgeries too, but I'm not hating. Just worried that it might ruin her. But of course, I'm nobody to judge, if that what she wants to do, nobody can stop her. It's her body, so it is up to her to think about what she wants to do with it. But we can help...maybe just tell her that she's beautiful!

0 Koreans and their too many tiny plates!

I have thought about this many times. When Korean people eat, they have a lot of side dishes on this tiny plates around them.

Everywhere else, they usually just put it all in one plate. Those small dishes usually contain very little amount.


I really admire their housewives. I hate cleaning dishes. Especially during the winter time. One dish is enough to make me go "aaaarrrghhhh why can't we just eat with disposables!!" lol

But Korean food always look so freaking healthy yet delicious. You know how you see some healthy food and you go "yyyyyeeeeeaaaaauuuuukkkk" HAHA
I see mostly vegetable on their dishes and I want to eat them. huh?... weird right? Only time I see that many plates on the table is on Holidays.

They seem like they have some kind of feast every single day. Jealous!! Not about the cleaning up though. haha OOH forgot to say that they loooove spicy! WHAT?! AWESOME!

Do you think that they look delicious even though they are mostly vegetable? Cause I do!

lol This post is messy... I just can't believe I never wrote about this before. If you watches kdrama you might see many stuffs like this.

2 KDrama Freak - The Heirs

                                                                                               Kdramas can hook you to your tv or computer screen for hours.

                                                                                                               The most typical one is the “rich guy-poor girl” kind. 

                                                                                               But people never seem to get enough of that. Typical, yet good.





 SBS new drama series “The Heirs” is a must-watch for any kdrama
lovers.

Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye are both amazing actors . Their chemistry on the series is incredible. Any series that Park Shin Hye is in can never go bad.

I started watching this drama without reading what this series is about. No need! Rich guy, poor girl...you get the idea. But with these amazing actors, the show does not bored you. Maybe one little complain. Min Ho’s English. I don’t expect him to be perfect at it, but even with the subtitle, sometimes his words are not understandable.

It is not accent that I hear. It’s a whole new unknown language. At times, I do go like “aaahh, yeah it does sound like that” while looking at the subtitles. Other than that, great actor, sexy pairing up with a beautiful girl (amazing crier).

To tell you guys the truth. I don't watch as much KDrama as I did before. The last one I watched before "The Heirs" was "Flower Boys Next Door"(also with Park Shin Hye). Loved it! So also check it out if you haven't.



Watching tv while having a face mask on helps make the waiting process time go by faster.


Instead of junk snacks, get some healthy ones. Your concentration on the Tv makes you eat more than you realize.

0 XIAXUE QUIT BLOGGING! OMG!

For those of you who lost track on Xiaxue. I want to inform you guys that Xiaxue will no longer blog like before. In fact she won't be blogging any time soon....I think. And if she did, she would be doing advertorials and people seem to complain about it.

For those of you who follow Xiaxue might already know the reason, but for those who doesn't know, she had a baby!

Actually for a few months now. The baby's name is Dashiel like the kid from the movie The Incredibles.

I follow Xiaxue on Instagram and ever since she gave birth to the baby, her Instagram has completely taken over by pictures of her baby Dashiel. I'm not complaining at all. He is ADORABLE!
She would do this adorable and hilarious comic style photos of baby Dash. She tag it #dashcomic for those who wants to see.

Xiaxue is wild and maybe fearless, but now she is a mom. No matter if you are Wonder Woman, being a mother is much harder than you think. Raising a baby is hard can change you. Also, you will need money, time, patience, sleepless nights, more sleepless night, and more sleepless nights.

I don't blame her for doing advertorials on her blog. That's how she gets paid. Before the baby, she had a lot of free time to travel and hang out with her other blogger friends and blog about it later on.

Now is different, all her attention is on her baby. Even if she got a little time, it would be for sleeping. She seems to be still doing "Xiaxue's Guide to Life" though. Hope more episodes will come. Maybe when baby Dash grow a little older, she would have time to blog more, but meanwhile just follow her on Instagram and enjoy her daily photos of her baby Dash.

1 How to achieve whatever you want in life

Different people have different goals in life. Depending on what you want to achieve, steps and rules are different for different goals.

But the one rule and most important is to "never give up"! All successful people that there is can tell you that they never gave up to achieve what they have right now. Bill Gates never gave up, Michael Jordan never gave up, you shouldn't give up.

Yes, you will fail and will fail very uglily....many times. That is a lesson to be learned. Fail at one thing, you know how to do it better the next time. Many people wish they had the opportunity to try and fail so they can make it better.

Never blame your life, I know we all do that. I confess that I do too. It's not your fault to, but you must snap out of it right away. Calm down, relax, and remind yourself all the small things you have that you are grateful for. Like "I'm grateful that I can see, I can see my own rode and choose my own path." "I'm thankful that I have the people that I have by my side always."

 Little things matter. If you can't see the little things in your life, you won't be able to handle the big things.

No matter how long it takes, one day you will get there. "Just keep breathing breathing breathing!" haha song by We the Kings!

Know your goals, make your plans, start making it happen!

0 What is ugly?

What exactly is pretty and what exactly is ugly? Does being pretty means "pleasant to the eyes"?
Why does this world have to judge people by their physical appearance? Yes! I do that too.

When coming back home from late nights, I do avoid walking on the same street of badly dressed up guys. Not because I call them low class, but I fear that they might be bad people. Not because I want to be scared of them, I just am. Can't help it.

But it's different than judging people calling them ugly or pretty. Do you consider yourself ugly? I have many times. But I also think about why do I say I look ugly? It is because I don't look like other girls?
Come on ME! It is a great thing to be different! I'm pretty on my own way. Fuck all you who says that I'm not!

You should do the same. There will be times that you will feel down because of your looks. Don't be! People will judge and they will say nasty thing to feel better about themselves thinking they are better than you. They are no better. A person is what they are. They have a bad ugly personality and that reflects to the outside and people will eventually notice that.

Feel better about yourself. Let them call you whatever they want. This is your life. Don't let some no-life uglies prevent you from enjoying your life the way you want. You want to be like Taylor Swift but looks the opposite? Who cares? Don't need to resemble her physically to want to be like her. Be your own version of Taylor Swift!

7 Why is 2NE1 so popular? "Rant on 2NE1"

The question many Kpop fans ask..." Why is 2NE1 so popular?" Popular I think it's find but how they are always thought to be one of the most popular girl group worldwide...I doubt THAT!


The following post was not made to hate on or disrespect  2NE1!! Idk if this considers as a rant

Why is 2ne1 so popular? Do they deserve so much popularity?

Let me start by saying that I like the group. Their songs "Lonely" and "Ugly" are my favorites of all time. But I don't get how the group is so big worldwide! I'm not hating but just confused.

I know that we all have different taste on music. I listen to and like all kinds of music except heavy metal! My throat hurts just listening to them scream like that.

I was aware of 2ne1 since their debut because I'm a huge VIP! Love Big Bang! My first impression of 2ne1 was "WOW! They try to be street!" HAHAHAHA

Their song "Fire" got stuck in my head for a while, it was not bad, also it was catchy. The songs following that is pretty good but still not convincing that they can reach the top.

Later on, I started watching 2NE1 TV and felt in love with the group. Each one of them have a different personality and they have great relationship as a group. In there they dress like normal people and at times their outfits are fashionable maybe for an event or show.

But I only like the group as a group and each one as people but their songs still feeling not good enough. I know Blackjacks will hate on me, but why do you like their songs? Is it because you like them at the start and that's why you like all their songs too? Or because you guys are huge VIPs and you take their whole family in for the love?


Recently I'm disliking Sandara Park's new blonde hair. Her face is so pale that her hair and face color matches so well that it makes her look bad. Also don't like how they make her wear outfits that doesn't fit her at all. The rest of the group wears something that fits their image but not Dara.


They used to give her less parts to sing because she was "not as good" as her other group mates. Maybe they gave her a little more now because Blackjacks keep complaining about it. I used to feel like they use her for the "Image" only.

Now back to their popularity!

One of the many "maybe because" that I thought of was maybe because they are very different than the other girl groups that they stand out more. They are more fierce and daring on their image that people started to give them more attention. Of course, that's one of the reasons they caught my attention.

The two new singles they just released are just meeeh.... I was excited to tell you the truth when I heard about their comeback but it was a HUGE disappointment.  Park Bom looks too dolly and fake. (She's still my favorite of the group) Dara's new hair doesn't fit. No change with Minzy. CL looks great though.

Oh Oh Oh... forgot to say that I LOVE CL's single "The Baddest Female". It was pretty fierce hehe

Now lets go back again..... XD

Their dances on their songs are not good but that's ok! I know they are not dancers but why the hell would they try for sexy on "Falling in Love"?!?!? CL is fine with sexy but not the rest. Park Bom is sexy already with her dress and great legs but those "sexy" moves they make her do just ruins anything sexy about her.

Minzy is a great dancer though. She is a fierce dancer and not sexy one. She fits when she dances to Taeyang's songs. She is more hip pop and not girly. Those blanket dance they did was a torture to the eyes. I kinda felt embarrassed fir her.


The style of the song "Ugly" fits them perfectly. They can also do "Lonely" and "It Hurts". It's ok to be wild and fierce...and adding some rock in their would make the group way better like "Ugly" Also why does people always ask "Why is 2ne1 so ugly?" Telling the truth they are not the best looking girl group out there but there are certainly much prettier than many of you who called them ugly.

After all this, can someone please tell me why they are popular worldwide? I get it maybe in Korea but here in the states they are pretty big too. Good for them but tell me why you like them? Tell me the truth, do you really like their songs that much?



Again, I like the group and this post was not made to hate on them.

0 DIY Jewelry for Mother's Day!

Hi everyone! In this post I want to show you guys how to make your own Mother's Day gift!

I understand that many of us want our lovely mom to have the best since she is always giving us the best! But not many of us can afford to buy gifts so instead of buying a gift, this year you can make your own gift for her. It is not about the money, it is about the time and dedication you spent making this gift!

This tutoria is me showing you guys how to make a lovely pair of earring. I will try to explain as detail as possible but the picture mostly speaks for itself.

So this is the pair of earrings we are making today!  This post is gonna be very long and with many pictures!!!

Here are the materials you will be needing:

 round nose plier and wire cutter

Earring hook 

 Jewelry wire. I'm using 24gauge.

Make sure that it is the same color as your earring hook

Bead or stone of choice.  

For each earring I'm using two small plastic beads and one pink crystal bead.

Wires!

Now let's start with cutting a piece of your wire! 

3-4inches is fine for a small bead.

Also make sure to have a container for your scrap wires

Now most of the pictures below speaks for itself.

I will explain some that may seem a little hard to understand.

Make loop

Wrap three times 

 Cut wire that is sticking out

Make loop, also wrap three times and cut 

First small bead done 

Stick new wire in and do the same from the beginning:  

Make loop wrap three times, cut, add new bead, make loop, wrap three times, and cut

After having the two beads together, we are going to move on to the big bead

For the our big bead, we will make a loop from the top since we are not wrapping 

The loop will look like this 

Add the big bead 

Now we do the loop, (add the the two chained small beads in the loop)

wrap three times and cut 

 YAY! Almost there!

 Now we need our earring hook

 Using our nose plier, make a gap and add our already chained beads in

Close the gap and TAADAA!! 

Try with other kinds of beads and play around with your own designs

2 Borghese Fango Mud Mask Review

I'm back with another mask review. Not a sheet mask this time. I'm running out of my MBD masks and decided not to buy more but to try other masks.

I was watching Bubzbeauty and she was using this Fango mask and I thought "Hey, a mud mask! The last time I tried something similar to this was my Queen Helene mask. Good times!" lol So....I decided to give it a try and went to their site and order it. Since you can use it for your body also, I decided to get the huge jar.

"Yay!" I jump of excitement when it came... <--- little did I know <---- you're know why later
I opened the box and they gave me a small bag of freebies inside.  Woohoo! haha
The freebies contains the following:
-Small tube of Fango mask
-Body Cream
-Lip Gloss
-Fango Body Scrub
-Face Mist

I haven't tried or used any of these yet so I can't really say much about them.

Let's get back to the mask. That night that I got it I tried it. It stung a little but I thought it was okay because I have had other masks that did stung my face a little but it goes away in about a minute or so, but this one did fade only a little. I left it on for about less than 5 minutes and felt my face was feeling weird. I washed it off the way it recommended and F*!!! My face was full of tiny bumps. It's flaky and nasty looking.

Not ever in my life have I had a reaction like this one. My face is pretty tough and trust me, I'm a skincare junkie and I love masks!! Not this one apparently. My put a very very thin layer on my neck and it got tiny bumps too. WTF?! *sigh*

I was excited for nothing! It's been 3 weeks and my face is finally back to normal but during the bumps time, I was pretty down. It affected my mood pretty bad. I was not a bump or two but al around my face. I don't know how the F* my eyelids also got bumps. I did not put any around the eye areas.

But I was pretty sure it was this mask that did it. My face was pretty healthy before I tried this mask and then BAM! Allergic? I think it clogged my pores!  What ever it was I hate it. I didn't even bother contacting the company to return it. I didn't threw it away either. It's very pricey :(

Don't know what to do with it. Want to try it on my body but afraid that it will break my body out too.
If anyone of you guys tried it. Tell me if it broke you out or not.

Here's me in the morning with my eye bags ( tried to cover it but still shows) "happy" that my skin is back to normal. Well, still a little flaky and maybe one or two bumps left.
Yeah you can't tell that Im happy nor that my skin is flaky or bumpy. THE POWER OF PHOTO EDITING!!!!

Oh and I'm growing out my hair. It might take years for it to reach my butt but patience is everything.

0 Natto taste VERY BAD!

I used to watch Japanese cartoons (Anime). I will always see them eating this fermented bean thing called Natto! They will add soy sauce, mustard, and green onions.

I always thought it was sweet because it looks gooey/slimy like honey. BOY was I wrong?! I finally found it on this newly opened supermarket. I was kinda excited. I had to wait till dinner time. It came with tiny package of soy sauce and mustard. I added some green onions.

Time to eat! *takes a bite*.......... $VW%YUHV$# QC(H$W. The family just stared at me for a looong while till I regain my conscious. Oh forgot to mention I bought one for each of my family! lol  Seeing my face they didn't even dare to try theirs.


It's weird tasting. Bitter and..... I don't know! I tasted bitter and I kinda blacked out HAHA I see the people in the anime eating it so happily and tasty. I should have just not buy it and still believe that it taste like honey...

0 The best gift you have gotten in life

I always complain about this or that about my life but now I'm kinda thankful about all this things. Things that had went wrong, I feel thankful for it because I have learnt a lesson about it. 

I still complain but not as much as before though. I hated when things go wrong and I'll feel discourage.

I'm an escaper. I escape from reality a lot of times. I pretend things are fine and blank out my mind to stop thinking about bad things. I realize that it might be a bad thing because if there is a problem and you try to not think about it, it can never be solved.

I've learn how to be positive in many things now. I still get my mind off things but sooner or later I'll have to face reality. One thing I learn on how to deal with a problem is to be positive. Think positive, think on the good side. Like..." oh, this can be a life lesson for me to do better next time"...or ... "life always has its ups and downs, this little thing will pass"

It always help me to calm down and try to deal with the problem. I love how it helps me every time. Life is a gift. The best gift you have ever gotten. Sure that it has some bad times, but always think about the good times. If you didn't have a life, those good times wouldn't ever have existed. 

This new year can be a new start but also can be a year of realization for many. You have lived for so many years now, look back and think about the things that make you never want to forget. Think about also the many craps that you have been through. You lived through all those moments. Bad things will come but it will also pass.

Keep moving forward and live your life. We have received many gifts but life itself is the best gift that you have ever gotten, so enjoy every second of it.
