
Oatmeal face mask recipe
What you will need:
1-plain oatmeal - no salt nor sugar added just original oatmeal
2-milk
3-olive oil(optional but you might get better result)
4-a cooking bowl/pan
Process:
Depend on the amount you want to make
Estimate, it does not have to be exact.
50-60% Milk
40-50%Oatmeal
0-10% olive oil
for example: if you're cooking 1 cup of milk, then you should add half or 3/4 of oatmeal and 1/4 or less of olive oil.
1-Bring the milk to a boil on the saucer pan/bowl
2-Add the oatmeal
3-stir constantly
4-after you get a creamy texture, turn off the heat and pour it onto a bowl
5-Let it cool a little before adding the olive oil
6-Put on fridge for at least a few hours so it cools
7-Ready to use
How to use it:
Apply to face(and neck if want). It does not have to be thick.
Wait 10-15 minutes
Massage face like you were exfoliating it
Rinse off with lukewarm water
You should feel that your face is moisturized and smoother.
Use 2-3 times a week
