How to keep skin healthy


We all want beautiful skin,but unfortunately most of us have skin problem. So how do I keep my skin healthy?

For some it might be easy and to some it might more work.

Here's how:
1.Moisturize- You must find a good moisturizer. One that is suitable for your skin(either your skin is oily or dry)

2.Exfoliate-You must get rid of the dead skins so that skin skin can grow

3.Drink more water- forget about soda, water is what keep your skin hydrated and clear.

4-Sleep more-the lack of sleep

5-Exercise- it makes you sweat,which can cleans your pores.

6-You know what they say, "An apple a day, keeps the doctors away" -Dermatologist counts also
