0 Regimen to clear skin!

Alright, a lot of you e-mailed me asking for name of products that's good in fighting acne.
Let me tell you this. If you really wanna clear up your acne, first thing you might wanna avoid is "laziness".
Fighting acne takes patience and no matter how good that product is, acne might always come back.

You really wanna clear them up so sure? Follow this:

1) Cleaning:
*Use oil-free products on face (makeups included)
*Try using cleanser with salicylic acid
*Do night treatment (stronger product, like 10% benzoyl peroxide unless allergic to them)
*Exfoliate 1-2 times a week (this help with flaky skin too)
*moisturize
*protect skin from sun (use SPF)
*clean hair more often (hair oil clog pores so avoid hair touching face)

2)Diet:
*avoid oily food (examples:pizza,fried foods,junk foods..)
*drink water more often to hydrate your body
*avoid dairy food more often (milk,bread,..)
*more vegetables and fruits
*avoid too much sweets (especially chocolate)

3)Lifestyle:
*exercise more often (15-30 minutes a day for starter)
*avoid stress (it might be hard to control but avoid thinking too much)
*get more fresh air (park is great and help relax too)
*don't think about your skin too much (thinking too much won't help, if not, it stresses you out)

Homework,tests,work...STRESS!

I've notice that my skin have had small breakouts.Remember,lack of sleep is bad for skin too.

My friend recommended me to take yoga with her to release the stress.WOW!I've never knew that yoga help my skin so much.
I know that stress is unavoidable, but try to relax and thing about happy stuffs. Do it for your skin.
Try calling your friends, going to the movies,shopping,etc...

Do some yoga at home or watch some movie movies in your room while trying to relax.
