
Homework,tests,work...STRESS!
I've notice that my skin have had small breakouts.Remember,lack of sleep is bad for skin too.
My friend recommended me to take yoga with her to release the stress.WOW!I've never knew that yoga help my skin so much.
I know that stress is unavoidable, but try to relax and thing about happy stuffs. Do it for your skin.
Try calling your friends, going to the movies,shopping,etc...
Do some yoga at home or watch some movie movies in your room while trying to relax.
